The problem

Projects that move when the work does.

You hear the update. Your agent moves the project.

What you can do today

Everything a project needs to keep moving.

  1. Projects

Work with a goal and an end: a plan of steps, a next step, and a progress meter.

    Portfolio refresh · 2 of 5 done
  2. Areas

The ongoing parts of your life, like Home or Health, that never finish.

    Health · always on
  3. Tasks

One-off or part of a project, with a due date and a priority.

    Renew passport · due Friday
  4. Waiting on

Mark who a project is waiting on, so it does not look stuck when it is not.

Lease renewal · waiting on the landlord
How agents use it

Your agents pick up tasks, finish them, and tell you what they did.

Connected assistants list, create, update, and complete tasks, and set up projects with their steps, from chat or the TeamYou skill.

  • “Save that”: your assistant adds the task mid-chat
  • Assigned or @mentioned, an agent picks it up at its next check-in
  • With updates allowed, it completes the task and says what it did

Questions

About work.

Do I have to move off my current task app?

No. Start with one project. Your assistants can add to it from the chats you already use.

Can an agent change my tasks without asking?

Only if you let it. New accounts start with agent updates and deletes blocked; you turn them on in Settings. Your Home shows which agent did what.

How many tasks can I have?

Free holds 1,000 tasks. Plus is $8 a month with no caps.

Put your agents to work on your projects.

Free to start. Nothing to install.
